1. Initial Evaluation
Before your treatment, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so our specialists can understand your needs. Our medical team will carefully review your records - including scans, tests, and your medical history - to ensure the recommended procedure is safe, suitable, and tailored to you. All information is handled with full confidentiality.
2. Personalized Diagnosis & Recommendations
Our experienced and caring team is dedicated to making your medical journey as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From personalized guidance to full support for you and your companion, we handle every detail with attention and care.

3. Transparent Quotation
Once your evaluation is complete, we provide a clear, personalized quotation. If you have international health insurance, we can liaise with your provider on your behalf. Upon accepting the quote, you’ll be assigned a dedicated MedGeorgia care coordinator to guide you every step of the way.
4. Planning & Assistance
We schedule your procedure, coordinating all logistics such as accommodation, transfers, and required documentation. You’ll receive a detailed personalized schedule at least a week before your arrival, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey.
5. Pre-Departure Preparation
Before traveling, you’ll receive guidance to prepare physically and mentally for your treatment. We also provide practical advice for making your home recovery easier, including tips on mobility, safety, and organizing essential items.
6. Arrival & Orientation
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our driver and care coordinator, escorted to your accommodation, and guided through your schedule. Any additional assessments or tests will be performed as needed, and our team will address all your questions.
7. Day Before Treatment
Our team ensures you are fully prepared for your procedure, providing clear instructions such as fasting or specific preparations depending on your treatment.
8. Procedure / Treatment Day
A dedicated MedGeorgia coordinator will accompany you throughout your appointments. While you undergo your procedure, we support your companions and keep them informed. Post-treatment, you can rest comfortably in your accommodation, with our Resident Practitioner monitoring your recovery. Optional excursions or light activities can be arranged if approved by your medical team.
9. Clearance to Travel Home
Once your recovery meets medical criteria, your doctor will issue a “fit to fly” certificate. You will also receive post-treatment instructions, prescriptions, and all necessary documentation. Our team will assist with your airport transfer for a seamless departure.
10. Post-Treatment Follow-Up
After returning home, your MedGeorgia team continues to monitor your progress, answer questions, and provide guidance to ensure optimal recovery and results.
